Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Will keep for 1 to 2 years if stored properly.
Use whole peppercorns and grind as needed.



Use ground pepper in any dish where you would like a little zip! Use white pepper where you would like a subtler flavor of pepper and in white sauces.

Always pepper to a dish at the end of cooking.
