an important spice in meat and vegetable dishes
in Indian as well as Arabian cuisines. (Usually

In Germany, white carda-mom seeds
are used in cookies, cakes and stollen. It is an
ingredient in French spice mixes and universally
used in pickles. Available ground or in decorticated
