Blue Cheese Dressing
Great on salads or for dipping vegetables!

Yields: 1 1/2 cups - 12 Servings
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons

• 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 4 tablespoons skim milk
• 2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
• 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
• 2 small cloves garlic, finely minced

Place vinegar, milk, cottage cheese and 1/2 of blue cheese in blender and process until creamy. Remove and add remaining blue cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate until serving time.
