2 medium fresh peaches
Peel fresh peaches if desired. Pit and slice.
In an 8 inch skillet, stir together the brown sugar, water, brandy, butter, lemon juice and mace or nutmeg. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Add fresh peaches to the sauce, stirring gently. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 5 minutes or until tender.
Place 1/4 scoop fat-free frozen yogurt into 4 dessert dishes. Arrange peaches around yogurt, spooning sauce over top.
