Minted Fruit Tea
This mint makes this so refreshing - great summer porch drink.

Servings: 10

• 2 quarts boiling water
• 8 regular tea bags
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 5 springs of mint

Steep the tea bags and mint in boiling water for 30 minutes. Remove tea bags and mint. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add juices, stir and serve over ice. Garnish with extra mint leaves rinsed in water and dipped in granulated sugar to frost.
