Cut fish into 4 serving-size portions. In small bowl, stir together onion, orange peel, orange juice, honey, paprika, salt and pepper. Place fish on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Brush some of the glaze over fish. Broil 4 inches from heat. Allow 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness of fish until fish just flakes with a fork, brushing occasionally with glaze.
