Spray cooking spray in nonstick skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 15 minutes, turning once. As chicken cooks, mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Remove chicken from skillet, pour mixture into skillet and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer until glaze is thickened, stirring constantly. Add chicken to reheat.
