Yogurt Herb Dressing
Fresh herbs give this a spring time taste!

Yields 1 cup

1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellmann's®)
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped fine
2 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped fine
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients and whisk well or use an immersion blender.
