Tartar Sauce

• 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
• 1 tablespoons chopped capers
• 1 tablespoon chopped green olives
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
• 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• Fresh ground white pepper to taste

Mix pickle, capers, olives and chives with mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper and chill before serving.
