Sesame Orange Dressing
This makes a simple green salad special.

Makes 1 1/8 cups

• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or rice vinegar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon peanut oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Whisk together all of the ingredients. Chill, allowing flavors to blend. Serve with mixed salad greens.
