Poppyseed Dressing
Serve with greens or a mixture of fruit and greens.

Servings: Makes 1 1/8 cups dressing

• 1/2 cup fat-free creamy salad dressing (not fat-free mayonnaise - I use Fat-free Miracle Whip®)
• 1/4 cup 2% milk
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar or Splenda®
• 1/8 cup distilled white vinegar or rice wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together salad dressing, milk, white sugar, vinegar, and poppy seeds. Chill until ready to use.
