Orange Vinaigrette
This dressing is citrus based.

Makes about 6 tablespoons

2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon light olive oil
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 pinch of garlic powder, to taste
Salt to taste

To prepare dressing, place first 11 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process untilsmooth. Chill.
