Honey Orange Dressing
Good with any green salad or fruit and green salad.

Serves 5

3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons minced shallots
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Stir with a whisk until blended.
