Honey and Orange Dijon Salad Dressing
Good with Green Salads

Serves 6 - 1 tablespoon per serving

3 tablespoons orange juice, fresh
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons shallots, minced
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Whisk together and serve over mixed greens.
