Greek Salad Dressing
Serve with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and feta salad.

Serves 16

4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth

Blend all the ingredients and let it sit a couple of hours.
