General Spice Rub
A good all purpose rub good on poultry, pork or beef.

Servings: Makes 1 3/4 cups


3/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup fresh-ground pepper blend
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Stir the paprika, pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, onion powder, kosher
salt, and cayenne pepper together in a container with a lid. Store in a
cool, dark place between uses.
