This sour cream dill sauce is great over any fish, especially
1 cup low fat
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill *
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard **
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice **
Whisk sour cream,
dill, onion, lemon juice and mustard in small bowl to blend. Chill to
let flavors blend. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand
at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
*If you like a less
strong dill taste, use only 1/4 cup.
**You may add more lemon or mustard to suit your taste.
