• 1 1/2 tablespoons wasabi powder
• 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
• 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
• 1 green onion, white and part of green, finely minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all
ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste,
cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
