Cucumber Dressing
Changes a simple salad to a special salad.

Servings Size: 1 Tablespoon

• 2/3 cup fat-free buttermilk
• 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
• 1 cup peeled, seeded, and finely chopped cucumber
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh chives

Blot excess moisture from chopped cucumbers. Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
