2 cups light sour cream
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 cup light mayonnaise (we used Hellman's)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 ounces Roquefort cheese
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder and celery salt.
Crumble cheese to desired fineness and whisk into dressing.
