Creamy Yogurt Caesar Dressing
Serve over Romaine Lettuce

Makes 1/2 cup

1/3 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Tablespoon fresh grated parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk.

Serve over romaine lettuce.

COOK'S NOTE: For a more traditional Caesar dressing, you can add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste if desired.
