Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing
Sweet and tart with the cream smoothness of buttermilk

Servings: Makes 1/2 cup

1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon English mustard (like Colemans)
1 pinch kosher salt

Combine buttermilk, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt incruet. Secure lid and shake until well combined. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 days.
