Cilantro Sandwich Spread
This is great on all kinds of sandwiches for a Southwestern flavor!

Servings: 8

• 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1 bunch of cilantro
• Juice of one lime
• Salt to taste

Place garlic and cilantro into a food processor and chop into semi-coarse pieces. Add yogurt, lime juice, chili powder and black pepper and blend. Adjust taste by adding salt. Chill. Serve with grilled turkey burgers, grilled chicken or grilled vegetable sandwiches.
