• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
• 1/4 cup prepared horseradish sauce or to taste
• 1 tablespoon plus 3 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 drops of Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate. This sauce is excellent as a dip with shrimp, crab, barbecued pork and many other seafood items.
