Basil Mayo
Excellent with Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

Servings: 4

1 large bunch basil
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellmann's®)
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon good quality balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Whirl mayonnaise, remaining basil, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.

Serve with grilled chicken sandwiches with a thick slice of ripe tomato.
