Balsamic Citrus Salad Dressing
Love this with Romaine and Strawberry Salad.

Serves 8


1/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and white pepper, to taste

Whisk all the ingredients together, or combine in a small jar and shake well.

Especially good with green salad that have fruits in them like strawberries, orange segments, raspberries, etc.

Does not keep long - only 2 days in the refrigerator.
