Apple and Mustard Dressing
A perfect vinaigrette to add flavor not calories!

Makes about 3/4 cup

4 tablespoons pure apple juice
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Whisk together apple juice, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and then season with freshly ground black pepper.
