Greek Salad
Add some crusty, warm bread and you have a meal.

Servings: 4

• 1/2 cup red onion, sliced very thin
• 3 1/2 ounce low fat feta cheese, cubed
• 2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
• 2 small cucumbers, sliced
• 1 large red bell pepper, cut in chunks
• 1/4 cup, pitted Greek olives
• 1 large head romaine lettuce, washed and cut
crosswise in 1/2" strips
• 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley

• fresh course ground black pepper
• fat free Caesar dressing

Toss ingredients together and serve with course ground black pepper and fat free Caesar dressing.
