1 cup shredded
Rome or Macintosh apples
Combine apple, cranberry juice concentrate, apple juice and sugar in a 2 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to bubble and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
Combine pectin and
lemon juice. Add to hot apple mixture. Stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Divide into 4 to 5 small containers for freezing. Cover and let cool completely.
