Pour half the batter over the bread in the baking dish. Layer the remaining bread on top and cover with the remaining egg mixture. Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, preheat the oven to 375° F. Remove the dish from the refrigerator. Remove the foil and lightly the top with cooking oil spray. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
