Strawberry Soup
A sweet and refreshing fruit soup.

Servings: 4

• 2 pints fresh ripe strawberries
• 2 cups plain low fat yogurt
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup white sugar (Splenda® or other sugar substitute may replace sugar)
• 1/2 cup water
• Pinch to 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, sugar, water and cardamom. Puree until well mixed. Chill and serve.
