Potato Celery Soup
Just like Mom used to make!

Servings: 6

• 6 peeled potatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes
• 1 cup diced celery
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 cups water
• 3 chicken bouillon cubes
• Dash of black pepper
• 2 1/2 cups skim milk
• 1 packet of Butter Buds®
• Salt to taste
• Chopped Parsley

Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water, bouillon cubes and pepper in saucepan and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Most of the liquid will be absorbed. Add milk and Butter Buds® and heat thoroughly. Salt to taste. Serve immediately. Garnish with chopped parsley.

*Since the Butter Buds® and the bouillon cubes contain some salt, season with added salt only after adding the Butter Buds® and bouillon cubes.
