Sweet & Sour Cabbage
in oil sprayed nonstick saucepan. Add the apple and vinegar and season
to taste with salt and pepper. Add the cabbage and stir to mix well. Cover
and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together
the chicken stock and jelly. Stir into the cabbage. Cover and cook until
tender, about 10 minutes. Correct seasonings, adding salt, pepper, jelly
or vinegar to taste.
