Sesame Sugar Snap Peas
It is hard to believe that a dish that is so simple can taste so good!
The sesame flavor is a perfect addition.

Servings: 6

• 1 pound sugar snap peas, strings removed
• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil

Steam sugar snap peas until crisp-tender, no more than 3 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Toss with seeds and oil. Season with salt. Serve immediately.
