Nutty Green Beans
Do not let the simpleness of this recipe fool you. It is great!

Serves 6

1 1/4 pounds green beans, trimmed
2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground whole nutmeg

Place beans in a large saucepan of boiling water; cook 5 minutes. Drain.

Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pecans; sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add beans, salt, and nutmeg; cook for 1
minute until warmed through.
