1 tablespoon
low saturated fat margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
2 1/2 cups cooked new potatoes, cubed or very small potatoes, halved
1 - 10 ounce package frozen green peas, cooked
Chopped pimento for garnish, if desired
Melt margarine; blend
in flour and salt. Add skim milk; cook until thick and bubbly. Add cooked
potatoes and peas to hot mixture and heat thoroughly. Garnish with a little
chopped pimento, if desired.
