Lemon Broccoli & Cauliflower
Wonderful served with poultry or ham.

Servings: 8

4 garlic cloves
4 strips lemon zest
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat minced garlic cloves, lemon zest and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, 3 minutes. Meanwhile, cook 1 head broccoli florets and 1 head cauliflower in boiling salted water, 3 minutes. Drain and toss with the lemon oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
