Green Beans with Tarragon
So elegant, so simple, so good!

Serving Size: 3/4 Cup

• 1 pound fresh tender young green beans, ends removed
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wash and remove ends from green beans. Bring 1 cup of water to boil in large sauce pan. Add beans and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until tender but crisp.

While beans are cooking, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, blending well.

Drain cooked green beans and toss with tarragon mixture to coat.
