Buttered Baby Limas
3/4 cup boiling
Bring water to boil in saucepan. Add baby limas beans. Cook until tender. Remove from heat and add Butter Buds®. Stir until mixed with reduced water left in pan, coating lima beans. Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper and fresh parsley sprigs and serve warm.
Note: Don't start adding salt until you have tasted the beans. The Butter Buds® will give enough of a salty taste for most people.
