Buttered Baby Limas
It's not real butter, but you would never know it!

Servings: 5
Cooking Time: 10 to 12 minutes

• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 1 - 16 ounce package frozen baby lima beans
• 1 - 1/2 ounce package Butter Buds®
• Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley sprigs

Bring water to boil in saucepan. Add baby limas beans. Cook until tender. Remove from heat and add Butter Buds®. Stir until mixed with reduced water left in pan, coating lima beans. Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper and fresh parsley sprigs and serve warm.

Note: Don't start adding salt until you have tasted the beans. The Butter Buds® will give enough of a salty taste for most people.
