Creamy Poppyseed Salad Dressing
Good with either Fruit or Green Salads

Serves 8 - about 2 tablespoons per serving

1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellman's)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1/8 cup white sugar (or splenda)
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together salad dressing, yogurt, milk, sugar, vinegar, and poppy seeds. Chill until ready to use. Can be used on fruit or mixed green salads.
