Traditional Cranberry Sauce
Sometimes, simple is the BEST!

Serves 10

• 12 ounces cranberries
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup orange juice

In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugars and cinnamon in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop (about 10 minutes). Cook up to 10 minutes more for a thicker sauce. Remove from heat and place sauce in a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
