Spicy Tartar Sauce
If you like a little bit of spicy hot, this tartar sauce is for you.

Makes 1 ½ cups - Serves 12

• 1 cup fat free or low fat mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
• 1/4 cup chopped red onion
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 tablespoons drained capers, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, or to taste
• 2 teaspoons minced fresh jalapeño pepper (including seeds for more heat)

Stir together all sauce ingredients. Chill for one hour and serve.
