Buttermilk Dressing
Great on salads or as a vegetable dip.

Serving Size: 1 Tablespoon

• 1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
• 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic, pressed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 2/3 cup fat-free sour cream
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 2 tablespoons sugar

Place in blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate, covered overnight to let flavors blend.
