Avocado Sauce
Perfect for any sandwich. . .

Servings: 6 - Makes 1/2 cup

1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon 2% milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Dash of hot sauce (optional)

Mash avocado. Stir in milk, lemon juice, mustard. Puree in food processor.
Add dash of hot sauce if desired.
