Turkey Cobb Salad Wraps
Serve with baked chips if desired.

Servings: 4

• 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
• 1 cup chopped seeded tomato
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 3 tablespoons blue cheese yogurt salad dressing (we used Bolthouse Farms)
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 8 ounces thinly sliced roast turkey (we used Boars Head Mesquite Wood Smoked Roasted Turkey Breast)
• 1 avocado, diced
• 4 - 10 inch whole wheat tortillas (we used Mission Carb Balance)

Combine everything but wraps in a medium bowl. Spoon turkey mixture evenly onto wraps; roll up and secure with toothpics to serve.
