Tuna and OliveSandwiches
Serve with baked chips if desired.

Servings: 3

1 (7 ounce) can solid white tuna, packed in water, drained well
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise, add more, until desired consistency (we used Low Fat Hellmann's®)
10 green olives, finely chopped
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped (optional)
Lettuce leaves (optional)
6 slices bread

Flake the tuna and add mayonnaise. Mix well. Add olive and onion. Mix well.

Put lettuce on bread. Add tuna mixture, and top with bread.
