Tomato Cream Cheese Sandwiches
Simple and easy - but oh so good with good tomatoes!

Servings: 1

• 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
• 3 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese softened
• 1 small fresh tomato
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 leaves fresh basil

Spread cream cheese on toasted bread. Top cream cheese with tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with fresh basil leaves.
