Smoked Turkey Sandwich
Serve with pickled pepperoncini peppers if desired.

Servings: 2

• 4 slices thick country bread
• 2 teaspoons spicy honey mustard of choice
• 7 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey
• 1 large vine ripened tomato, sliced
• 6 large fresh basil leaves
• 6 large arugula leaves (or spinach leaves)
• Pepperoncinin Peppers (if desired)

Spread two slices of the bread each with a teaspoon of mustard. Layer on the turkey, tomato slices, basil and arugula on the mayonnaise sides. Top with the remaining bread slice and cut each sandwich in half. Garnish with pepperoncini peppers if desired.
