Simple Crab Rolls
Sometimes simple is really better . . . .

Servings: 4

• 1 cup fresh picked crabmeat
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 leaves leafy green lettuce
• 4 thick slices tomato
• 4 crusty sandwich rolls

Toss together the crabmeat, lowfat mayonnaise, and salt and pepper. Pile on toasted crusty sanwich rolls with lettuce and tomato.
