Roast Beef Wraps
Serve with tall glasses of iced tea.

Servings: 4

• 1/3 cup light cream cheese (neufchatel cheese)
• 1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish mustard
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
• 4 - 8 inch fat-free flour tortillas
• 1 - 7 ounce bottle roasted red bell peppers, drained, chopped
• 1/2 pound lean deli roast beef, very thinly sliced
• 4 leaves green leaf lettuce

Combine first 3 ingredients; spread evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle red bell pepper over cheese mixture. Top evenly with roast beef and lettuce.

Roll up tightly, cut each roll in half and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerated until ready to serve.
